What? From v9 straight to v11???
Yes. v10 and v10.1 never got released to the public.
What's new in v11:
-Custom Character Creator - Create your own characters, which you will be able to: play as, spawn and hire to assist you in missions.
-New factions
-Fixed some bugs
-Teleport to boss rooms (with a few exceptions)

Adds a mod menu with many features and allows creation of custom characters. (and much more)
